Liberty has long history of developing new tooling techniques, proof of concept models and quality control process infrastructure in order to reduce the production cost, defects and training cost associated with automotive, consumer and aerospace products.

These new aerospace production tooling techniques will be released thru manufacturing and licensing agreements with the right JV partner using both domestic and international patents and cross licensing agreements. Liberty's company law firm (AT) specializes in such business transactions and has established offices in both the US, Europe and Asia.

In addition, Liberty intends to capture a larger international marketing share by using provisions of international trade agreements and ITAR to lock out both large and smaller competitors that would reduce the profit margins and dilute market shares on competing contracts.

The investment will be about .5 billion US dollars, about the same amount invested by Ford Motor Company for the upgrade a local US based automotive production plant. All the funds will not be consumed at one time, as there is a annual budget and time line for expenses necessary to complete each phase of the project.

The plan is not complex, but it requires concurrent project management on 3 continents with an experienced team of experts from the aerospace industry. The program will be managed using FAA style program management techniques and involve aerospace consultants from three countries working in unison to meet the quality control requirements of the cross licensing agreements. Each country will be certified to a aerospace standard and verified by outside sources for compliance. This will eliminate cheating and potential liability from counterfeit parts.

Without revealing all the details of Liberty Business Plan, we start with setting up Franchised International Flight Schools. These are extremely important as they will have dual purposes in the future not revealed at this time.

The product line up is as follows: These 1st 4 products will all be called trainers and develop a new generation of rotary wing pilots including recurrent training. As you can see by the product number, the product number identifies the useful load of the aircraft. The last two models are larger utility size aircraft and the most expensive. Insurance companies love to keep cost down and Liberty expects to be right in the middle of keeping our airways safe by the products and services we offer at each franchised flight training school centers.  To learn more about them, please follow this link at under Flight School.

Since 1960 to 2010, approximately 18,000 utility helicopters manufactured by Bell called the UH-1 (Liberty 4000) have been manufactured generating gross revenue in excess of 80 billion US dollars. Public sources quote 4.7 million dollars per helicopter unit as price paid in 1965 during the Vietnam War. This does not counting spare parts and service contracts to supply the fleet to keep them in the air. With the ability to carry 2 ton per trip, this utility helicopter is ranked number one in units sold all around the world.

Using Robinson flight history for training as a model, NTSB public records indicate that 25% of the first 500 shipped were involved in accidents during pilot training or aircraft use. This model applied to training a fleet of new pilots would be cost prohibitive to replace 100 of 500 aircraft if all pilots were trained in UH-1 style aircraft. This makes it very logical to proceed with Liberty business plan by training students in the least expensive aircraft available and building flying time. As the student pilot prefect skills, then the students are gradually cross train in larger and larger aircraft until a new generation of qualified pilots meets the demand and the insurance industry is pleased with lower accidents rates.
